What is the refund policy?
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles refunds in accordance with each country's consumer protection laws. You can review their refund policy for details.
How does access work?
Lifetime access is one payment with no end date: you keep access for as long as TrueToValues runs. The monthly subscription is billed each month until you cancel from your profile. Both give instant full access.
Can I switch from monthly to lifetime access?
Yes. Buying lifetime access while on the monthly subscription ends that subscription at the end of its paid period, and your access continues without a gap. Nothing is billed after that.
